Introduction

WebGameRush is a free online gaming website where you can play browser games instantly — no downloads, no registration. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the site, and how we handle it. The short version: we don’t ask for an account, we don’t sell personal data, and most of your preferences never leave your browser.

Information We Collect

1. No account, no sign-up data

   • You can use every feature of WebGameRush without creating an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other registration details for playing games.

2. Data stored in your browser (localStorage)

   • Features like Favorites and Recently Played are saved only in your own browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to our servers, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

3. Anonymous play statistics

   • When you start a game we increment an anonymous play counter for that game. This counter contains no personal identifiers — it only tells us which games are popular so we can rank our charts.

4. Server logs

   • Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages) for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. These logs are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

Third-Party Games

The games on WebGameRush are developed and operated by third-party game developers and distributed through platforms such as GameDistribution. Games run inside an embedded frame on our pages. While you play, the game provider may collect gameplay data and display in-game advertisements under its own privacy policy. Advertising and Cookies

We display advertisements (including Google AdSense) to keep WebGameRush free.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookie usage at www.aboutads.info.

Apart from advertising and the localStorage features described above, we do not set tracking cookies of our own.

Children’s Privacy

WebGameRush is a general-audience website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Because no account is required and our own features store data only in the browser, we generally collect no personal information from any player. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

We minimize the data we handle in the first place. The limited technical data we do process (such as server logs and anonymous play counts) is stored securely with access controls. However, no method of Internet transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR in the EU or CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since we hold essentially no personal data about players, most requests can be satisfied by clearing your own browser storage; for anything else, contact us and we will help.
