The Service
WebGameRush aggregates HTML5 games created by third-party developers and distributed through platforms such as GameDistribution, and makes them playable directly in your browser. The service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. No account or registration is required.
Third-Party Games and Content
- Ownership: All games available on WebGameRush are the property of their respective developers and publishers. Game titles, artwork, and trademarks belong to their owners. WebGameRush embeds these games under the distribution terms of the platforms that supply them.
- Availability: Games are hosted by third parties. We do not guarantee that any particular game will remain available, functional, or unchanged.
- In-game content: Anything that happens inside a game (including in-game ads, purchases, or data collection) is governed by the game provider’s own terms and policies.
- Takedown requests: If you are a rights holder and believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact us at support@webgamerush.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove the content promptly.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use WebGameRush only for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

- Interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to bypass or block advertising, or artificially inflate play counts;

Local Browser Features
Features such as Favorites and Recently Played store data only in your own browser. We are not responsible for loss of this data (for example, when you clear your browser storage).
Advertising

Intellectual Property
The WebGameRush name, logo, site design, and original site content are owned by WebGameRush. The games and their associated assets remain the property of their respective owners. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
