About Dino Game
Everyone knows the shape of this one. A dinosaur, an endless desert, cacti to clear and flyers to get under, with the speed rising until you fail. This version keeps that skeleton and adds the thing the original never had, which is other people. Two and three player modes seat everybody at the same keyboard at once.
That turns a solo attention test into something noisier. Your run stops the moment you clip an obstacle, and sitting out while somebody else keeps going is motivation of a particular kind. There are dinosaurs to unlock as scores climb, and the single-player run is still there when nobody else is around.
How to play
Clear the cacti, get under the flyers, and last as long as the ground keeps scrolling faster. In multiplayer, whoever survives longest takes the round.
Controls
- Player one: W, Up Arrow, Space or a left click.
- Player two: U, or Up Arrow in two-player mode.
- Player three: Up Arrow.
- Three people sharing one keyboard means a desktop or laptop is required.
Tips
- Jump as soon as a cactus enters the lower part of the screen. Waiting until it looks close is already too late.
- Paired cacti need one long jump rather than two short ones.
- In three-player games, sort out who sits where first. The keys are close enough together to cause accidents.
