About Super Tank Wrestle
The tanks here are chunky, brightly coloured and slower than you expect, which turns out to be the point. You cannot dodge a shell that is already in the air, so the fighting is about where you position yourself before the shooting starts — behind a crate, around a corner, at an angle where two enemies cannot both reach you.
Maps rotate between open yards and cluttered arenas, and the garage fills up with different hulls as you play. They vary in speed and durability rather than in weaponry, so picking one is mostly a decision about how much you trust your own reflexes.
How to play
Drive out, line up a shot, and destroy the enemy tanks on the map before they wear you down. Firing has a cooldown, and shells travel rather than hitting instantly, so leading a moving target is a skill you pick up within the first couple of rounds.
Controls
- W A S D drives the tank. Space fires the main gun.
- On phones and tablets an on-screen pad handles steering with a separate fire button. The touch build is playable, though the larger maps favour a keyboard.
Tips
- Reversing out of a corner is usually safer than turning in it — a rotating tank presents its whole flank.
- Shoot where an enemy is heading, not where it sits. The shell delay is generous enough to matter.
- Heavier hulls survive crossfire, but the light ones let you break contact and reset a bad engagement.
