About Burger Empire
Most cooking games have you clicking stations from a fixed viewpoint. This one puts you inside the cafe as a character who has to walk there. Burgers go on the grill, coffee gets poured, and the distance between those two points becomes a genuine cost once four customers are waiting.
Earnings go straight back into the room, buying tables, booths, decoration and extra dining space, which turns the whole thing into a slow layout problem. A cafe arranged purely for looks will cost you steps on every order you take. Because movement runs on the keyboard, a computer suits this far better than a phone screen.
How to play
Serve what customers ask for and bank the coins. Walk to the grill for food, to the machine for drinks, and to the counter to hand orders across. Put the money back into seating and fittings so more people fit in the room.
Controls
- W, A, S and D walk your character around the cafe floor.
- An on-screen joystick performs the same movement wherever one is shown.
- Keyboard input means a physical keyboard gives you noticeably better control.
Tips
- Place new furniture along the line you already walk, not in the far corner.
- Start a burger cooking, then fetch a drink while it sits on the grill.
- When orders pile up, clear whichever is nearest to where you are standing rather than the oldest.
