About Paint Pop 3D
A ring made of segments spins in front of you. Your job is to cover all of them with paint. Simple enough, until you notice the obstacles rotating alongside the ring, and that a single blob catching one of them ends the level immediately.
The whole thing runs on one input, so the skill is entirely in rhythm. Tapping fires a single shot; holding produces a stream. The stream is where the game gets interesting, because it covers ground quickly but gives you no chance to stop once an obstacle swings into the firing line.
Levels arrive in a long sequence with rotating themes and characters, and they get tighter rather than longer.
How to play
Fire paint at the ring until every segment is coloured. Nothing else advances the level, and nothing else ends it except contact with an obstacle. Completion is binary, so partial coverage counts for nothing.
Controls
- Desktop: click to fire once, or hold the mouse button down for continuous fire
- Touch: tap for single shots, press and hold for a stream
- Landscape suits the ring layout best on a phone
Tips
- Learn each ring’s rotation speed with two or three single shots before committing to a hold.
- The gaps between obstacles are consistent, so time your stream to start just after one passes.
- Segments directly opposite the obstacle cluster are the safest to leave until last.
